FAQ
Yes, if you are local you do not need to pay the shipping fee, but can rather collect your order from us. Just send us an email telling us that you would like to collect and we will send you a promo code that you will use at checkout.
Orders can be collected on Wednesday afternoons between 12pm – 1pm. After you have completed your order you will receive an email from us with the details of the collection process.
If you are ordering a large amount of products, either to put into your own shop, or for a special occasion or celebration, then feel free to send us an email and let us know what you were thinking of ordering and we will get back to you.
Every product we make is unique and one of a kind, however if there is a product (for example a trinket dish with a specific pattern on it) and you would like more that are similar to this then contact us and we can chat about it.
We’ve often been asked if the shells are real, painted, shells. Although they are inspired by the real shells, they are all made completely out of clay. Not only were no shells harmed in the making process, they are also less fragile than real shells (although they are still fragile).
Unless there are restrictions from the courier prohibiting it, we will send each planter/vase with a succulent plant if being shipped within South Africa. You will just need to add some soil.
If you are an international buyer then you are still welcome to order, however you will need to send us an email with details of your address, so that we can work out a shipping quote with a courier, as the standard shipping fee is for within South Africa only.
